Nothing, as: long as there are no signs of infection (increased redness, swelling, warmth, pain). This blood will reabsorb on it's own. Do not try to puncture or "burst" it, as you will increase the chance of introducing infection. If you notice signs of infection, contact her pediatrician immediately.
