Describe the rash: You did not describe what the rash looks like and for how long she has had the rash. The commonest rash on the palm of the hand that sometimes spread to the fingers is atopic dermatitis. This is usually painless but may be itchy. It is caused by contact with something she is allergic to. See Pediatrician or dermatologist for specific diagnosis
