Angina symptoms: A blockage at the coronary arteries will decrease the supply of o2 at the myocardial site the specific coronary supply. If the person increase activity the o2 demand to that area will increase. But, because of the blockage the supply won't increase as supposed. Ischemia will happen and angina as symptom of it.
