This seems more likely a GI problem than a heart problem. Unless you are taking meds for the angina and they are giving you diarrhea. Discuss with your team.

Not really sure what you mean by "heart angina". This term usually means chest pain due to inadequate blood supply to the heart muscle. What you are describing may all be due to a gastrointestinal problem. You should really have a physician evaluate your symptoms and examine you rather than doing self diagnosis. Good luck.
