Yes, it can if : left untreated, or keeps occurring, you may want to ask your doctor / cardiologist about prophylaxis, medications as nitroglycerin before exercise or the long acting form, meanwhile you want to refrain from exercise that would cause you anginal pain, wish you well and good luck
