No: Pots cannot give you angina. To get angina, you have to have narrowed or blocked coronary arteries. That's unheard of at your age unless you use Cocaine or are diabetic (and then it's very rare). If you have abnormal cas, pots can exacerbate the supply/demand balance by making your heart beat faster (which increases demand). Your exertional pain is likely muscular.
