Sleep study: I would check with your doctor. There can be several reasons that you are not having quality sleep- meds, supplements, nutrition, chronic fatigue syndrome, and possibly sleep apnea. Your doctor may request that you have a sleep study to determine what kind of sleep you actually have.

Not sure of your: Quality of sleep. Some adults need more than 7.5 hours per night. Try use of excellent sleep hygiene. 1. Keep a regular bedtime & wakening time (to include weekends). Get up the same time each day, regardless of what time you fell asleep. 2. Make a regular, relaxing bedtime routine. Relaxing rituals prior to bedtime may include a warm bath or shower, aromatherapy, reading, or listening to gentle.
