In my 7-8 hours sleep i wake 3-4 times to go to the bathroom, it takes 5-10 minutes to go back to sleep, does that interrupt my sleep cycle?

Potentially: the more fragmented your sleep is, the more likely it is that it can affect how you feel during the day. That being said, it is still normal to wake up at least 4-6 times during the night between sleep . If you are noticing daytime symptoms you may want to consider seeing a sleep specialist.

Why get up so often: Should look into prostate health, because getting up so much to go the bathroom throughout the night. Hard to tell what's going on with your sleep cycle without a sleep test- home or in sleep center

YES: One simple hint: try to cut out all fluid intake after 8PM or 2-3 hours before bedtime and...empty your blader directly before going to bed. fluid restriction is the best simple hint.
