I get 9 to 10 hours of sleep but just every time i wake up i look tried i feel like i haven't gotta enough sleep so can anyone tell why this like this or what i can do?

Quality of sleep or.: It could be that the quality of sleep is poor or that you have some other systemic problem not related to sleep. Usually 6 to 8 hours of sleep is good. I suggest seeing a physician to help determine why you are still sleepy.
