See details: Lupus is an autoimmune disease with many possible clinical manifestations i see you are already on Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) and Methotrexate which is often a very effective combination. The best thing you can do is by under the care of a rheumatologist and stay on your meds. It is always better to be preemptive with this disease.
