A member asked:

Neg ana. anti ds dna indeterminate (value 6) 0-4 neg, 5-9 indeterminate, 10+ pos. all other labs normal. possible lupus? no real other symptoms.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lupus not likely: Unless ANA is a false negative, it's unlikely to be lupus. Lupus is a clinical diagnosis, but without a positive ANA it's very unlikely. Diagnosis can only be made by a rheumatologist.
