Great med: Dose must be started in the pediatric range and taken up gradually. Otherwise it can worsen panic. When the dose is raised slowly it helps panic gradually die down. Most disturbing side effect is that it can greatly prolong how long it takes to have an orgasm. No weird thoughts.

6 people,6 opinions: It really does depend on each case. Enough are very pleased to make it wrong to cut it down, but enough have bad effects or no help to make it important to be careful. Yes, you mention side efx that are real, bad & common. Try talk therapy & think about the need for meds.
