OTc prolongation: Likely your Prosac will have no real effect on your cardiac conduction, as long as QTc measures under 499 msec, but here is the key issue. Huge numbers of prescription meds have potential to prolong QT interval, especially opioids, but also entire class of SSRI's and SSNRI's. Will refer your question also to cardiology, as they can expand on my comments.
