Does lack of sleep cause weight gain? on weekdays/sundays i get 7-8 hours and on fridays/saturdays i get around 10. i'm an 18 year old female.

Weight gain: Yes, because with lack of sleep you are looking for energy to stay awake. That energy is provided by excessive food intake .Hence weight gain occurs.
