Nope: I suspect your anxiety and sleep deprivation are your biggest problems. I would see a psychiatrist or at least psychologist to help diagnose and manage your symptoms!

Not likely: Thyroid function is usually normal, please seek counseling and psychiatric help. If thyroid test was normal in March, we need to look for other reasons

Is here any family history of thyroid disease?
Please speak to your physician or counsellor to help with your stress and try to understand what is causing you stress. Your sleep is important and you need to have a clear mind in order to sleep well. I would start with your parents taking you to your pediatrician and if needed to psychiatry, to help with your concerns.
