Panic?: Panic attacks can occur during sleep. Not sure if u r on medications for anxiety or what they are. Please clarify.

If your anxiety is: Waking you up with panic attacks it makes sense to seek help from a therapist. Although cognitive behavioral work may help for the short run, you may want to get to the bottom of your fears with a more psycho dynamic approach as well. Let us know how you do!
