Intermittent episodes, dizziness, vision problems, cognitive issues (words not making sense), sweating on one side of body&shaking. episodes random. even wakes in middle of the night. er nurses thought drugs(was not)called panic attack. and sent home?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is not feasible to pinpoint an answer based on the information presented. A panic attack or other emotional paroxysmal process may be occurring, but other organic causes such as epilepsy or migraine could be considered. Suggest a visit to a psychiatrist, and perhaps also a neurologist.
