Panic attacks.: No, daily pain attacks are not normal. Start with medical evaluation. Talking therapy ranks really high. Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation.

Panic Attacks: When you have a lot of anxiety you are more likely to have panic attacks. First have a physical exam to rule out a physical problem. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you cope and with a Psychiatrist for medication. There is anxiety due to Covid 19 - stay safe, cautious and hold on to hopefulness to elevate your immune system.

Panic attacks: Start with a general evaluation by your PCP to rule out specific causes of your symptoms such as an overactive thyroid gland. Make sure you aren't abusing alcohol or other substances. Practice good brain health practices like eating a healthy whole foods diet and regular exercise. Meditation and biofeedback can also be helpful. If your anxiety persists, consult with a psychologist or psychiatrist.
