Per Anemia: Dont believe so, unless you have long term b12, Folic Acid def.

Pentoprazole: Pentoprazole lowers the acid in stomach, which with chronic use, can interfere with B12 absorption, hence result in pernicious anemia. Neurontin (gabapentin) rarely causes anemia.
