I have a sore tongue that i am pretty sure is from acid reflux. am on 40mg protonix (pantoprazole) and 300mg gabapentin and low acid diet. how long will this last.

Sore tongue: Your "sore tongue" is not related to your acid reflux, if in fact you have this condition. Are you self medicating with OTC protonix (pantoprazole) and Ranitidine? It is unnecessary to take both. Why are you on Gabapentin? I don't see anything under conditions that supports that prescription unless you have been diagnosed with "neuralgia" or seizures. Tongue pain is worrisome for cancer if h/o to and alcohol.
