None if healthy: If a newborn is born at term and the mother was healthy and received routine prenatal care with negative labs - there are no tests that are done if the newborn is acting normally. Routine medications/immunizations administered to all normal newborns are Erythromycin eye drops, vitamin k shot and possibly hepatitis b vaccine.
