Quite possible:): Facial resemblance of newborns to their biological parents is an interesting phenomenon and is almost a mystery as to its determinants. It is also not uncommon for them to have a mixed resemblance, I.e. different parts of facial features resembling different parent, as well as changing features to resemble the other parents at times. So enjoy the baby and be amazed at how nature works!
