Male. suffer from hashimoto's. tsh is normal, no nodules on the thyroid but very vascularised (irritated), tpo is high 535 ui/ml. i'm concerned about calcitonin level which is high 12.04 pg/ml. is cancer possible?

Possible and likely are very different. From what you described, cancer is not likely. You should follow your doctor's advice about repeat visit and examinations. Wish you good health!
