A year is enough to be certain you do not have infection. However it is important to take precaution in the future. to prevent is always better.

No. You do not need to test any more. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
