Yes, but: The curvature of scoliosis can progress particularly significantly during the adolescent growth spurt, which is why adolescents will often undergo scoliosis surgery in order to prevent (and/or improve) further curve progression. However, beyond the teen years, and at your age, scoliosis has been shown to progress slowly, if it does progress.

Yes it can: Growth can and often does accentuate/worsen scoliolsis.

Yes: During growth spurts, the angle of curvature could progress. Typically, under 20 degrees after completion of growing does not progress. Over 20-25 degrees could progress annually. I would recommend an evaluation by an orthopedic spine specialist to assess the curve and growth potential.

Sometimes: Adolescents with scoliosis need to be followed by their primary physician to monitor the degree of scoliosis and make sure that it does not progress too much- though most will grow out of it. They may refer to an orthopedist for managing.
