Soft tissue: If your ct showed some abnormalities, then sinonasal polyps are among the top considerations. Polyps are usually, but not always, associate with severe allergic rhinitis. You should have regular follow up with your ENT to be checked to see if further treatment or cts will be needed.

Tiny dots: Hello, as an ENT physician I am not quite sure what the "tiny dots" are that he/she is actually referring to. I would assume it may be small lesions such as mucoceles or cysts that are commonly found in normal healthy sinuses. If i identify these lesions, i usually inform the patients that as long as they are benign in appearance and non-obstructive, we just observe these or just ignore them.

Swollen tissue areas: This could be swollen areas of sinus tissue which are lumps or enlarged tissue growths inside the sinus cavity. This shows up as little dots on the ct and represents tissue growths.
