Maxillary sinusitis: Sinusitis doesnt necessarily require surgery. Surgery is required only. When there is recurrent sinusitis with drainage problems.

Need Diagosis: You must have a biopsy to make sure you're not dealing with cancer. See an ENT doctor asap.
