Many things: But ideally you should review this with your ENT doc. Often interventions like nasal saline irrigation(sometimes with baby shampoo too as a surfactant), antibiotic or antifungal rinses(sometimes even oral antibiotics), and antileukotriene medications, and then in the long run, sometimes sinus surgery is necessary.
