Start with saline: Nasal saline rinse is one ov the most effective. Try this first. Can also use decongestants, like sudafed.

Sinus pain: Hello, your sinus pain/pressure may actually be a migrane and not related to sinus troubles. Helpful therapy to reduce sinus pressure would include afrin nasal spray as directed for no longer than 5 days. If your problem persists, follow up with your family doctor.
