Sounds like sinus: problem but occasionally migraines can act this way. You are pregnant and on steroids (for?) so you could be susceptible to certain types of infections. You can safely use saline nasal spray and a mild decongestant nasal spray if needed, inhale warmed humidified air (put towel over your head over sink), but see doc if you get any rash in your facial area, a fever, or drainage yellow/green.
