Sinusitis: Sounds like you may have a sinus infection. Try taking over-the-counter preparations with decongestants (if you have no heart conditions that contraindicate), and plenty of steamy heat. Nasal saline lavage (e.g. Salt aire, netipot) can also help clear sinus pressure and act as a natural antibiotic. Nsaids can also help to control inflammation. See your doctor if the green mucus persists.
