Ask your doc!: You're in kuwait, right? I'm not familiar w/salipax as i only practice in the states but it appears to be a brand of fluoxetine sold in lithuania, malaysia, poland & slovenia (http://www.Drugs.Com/international/salipax.Html). So yes, depending upon reason for prescription, as much as 80mg/d can be taken (usually in morning). But the best person to answer your question is your prescribing physician.
