Possibly.: Only chromosomal testing can be definitive prepartum. If you would abort a down's you should have amniocentesis or chorionic-villus biopsy for chromosomal analysis. If you would not abort the baby, waiting is the best thing you can do. Us will detect GI or cardiac problems.
