Maybe tempotary: You need to see your physician. This maybe a combination of problems that will respond to treatment and you will feel better and still have your cat.

Allergies: Hard to imagine you suddenly became allergic to your cats, granted these are not new cats. See an allergist and get tested, these may be panic attacks too.
