Rheumatologic proble: Some autoimmune and rheumatologic problems can present with eye symptoms (red), fatigue, muscle and/or joint symptoms and respiratory symptoms. A rheumatologist would be an excellent resource to review the symptoms, suggest diagnostic tests to find the cause, and offer a treatment plan.

Lab testing needed: A large amount of illnesses can cause these symptoms including viral, autoimmune, bacterial, etc diseases. Consult your primary care doctor for an exam and lab work. This will likely aid in the diagnosis and treatment.
