Tight throat, difficulty breathing and cold hands. ecg normal, was given montelukast. later pulse on neck is visible. asthma? or anxiety attack?

Likely anxiety: With the odd collection of symptoms anyone would be concerned. Montelukast has some benefit in allergies but less so for asthma. I can't link the pattern to any specific issue. A re-visit with your doc with a further discussion of your concerns would be wise.
