A member asked:

10 yr old daughter has patches of tiny white bumps all over her body saw a dermatologist she said there is nothing that can be done. any advice?

Depends on the rash: Depending on the type of rash, something can be done. Sometimes the treatment doesn't make the rash go away any faster (so, one might say nothing can be done), but certain creams might make the bumps smoother, less itchy (if they itch), or less noticeable. Rashes that may look like tiny white bumps include some eczema rashes, and hot-tub rashes (may happen after sitting in a hot water spa tub).
