Have sores in hair and on body, they bump up then scab over, the scab is hard , been to doctors and dermatologist ,no one seems to know what i have, when the sore bust tiny black dots spread and more sores appear. absolutely going crazy please help?

Your description of the skin issue is vague and does not point to any diagnosis or treatment. Skin issues usually require a full history, exam and occasionally skin biopsies for proper diagnosis. Find another dermatologist and get another evaluation.
