Can swollen lymph nodes make you dizzy?

No but....: Swollen lymph nodes do not make people dizzy, however underlying conditions that cause swollen lymph glands may cause dizziness. For example- if you have ear infection-let's say otitis media or mastoiditis - which can cause swollen lymph gland behind your ear or in front of your ear. This ear infection can cause dizziness etc. Discuss further with your doctor.
