Do U mean occipital: Well, either you're feeling a little embarrassed or I sure am because I've never heard of an OPTICAL lymph node and I don't even want to think about what could happen if such a thing became SWOLLEN! HA....But an occipital lymph node could indicate a bit of either a viral or bacterial infection and maybe that's related to your headache and dizziness more than the presence of the node. See your doc
