See doctor: It is hard to tell what you may have based on the description. For example, I am not sure the lymph nodes you described are indeed lymph nodes instead of bumps. If they start to blister , it may well be the early stage of shingles. Since you are having headache and getting dizzy, it is time to see your doctor or go to the ER.
