The lymph node in front of my right ear is swollen and hurts to touch. i don't have a fever and i'm not dizzy. i'm just worried, should i be?

Lymphadenopathy: Tender swollen lymph node likely secondary to viral process. This should resolve. Take ibuprofen and this should resolve in a few days. If lasting more than 4 days or if getting red or pustular get rechecked.
