Will stretch again : That is why it's best until you've completed having children before proceeding with a tummy tuck unless you don't mind possibly having to repeat it. On occasion, i've done this on young individuals following massive weight loss prior to anticipated child birth. Of several hundred patients, i've had a few who have gone on to become pregnant with no adverse effects other than a diastasis & lax skin.

Normal Pregnancy...: Generally, patients are able to complete normal pregnancies after tummy tuck surgery. However, the aesthetic appearance of the abdomen will likely change, possibly “necessitating” further surgery. Therefore, best to wait on having tummy tuck surgery after pregnancies have been completed.
