Very unlikely: Concusssions do not cause panic attacks. The event that led to the concussion might cause anxiety or even post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd), but that would be unlikely if 10 years have passed, unless you've had another trauma recently that brought back those memories. Most likely the two are unrelated. Anxiety with or without panic attacks is highly treatable. Seek help.
