Concussion: I wouldn't think so but it depends on how jarring or bouncing the dancing was. There are some types of dancing that would really bounce your head around and the that could possibly cause problems.

Unlikely: Having a history of a concussion does not necessarily make it easier to gera second concussion, but concussions can be additive, in other words the second can be worse than the first. Concussions are caused by a blow to the head or the upper body which can jar the head, so short of break dancing or head banging type dancing I do not se dancing as causing a concussion.
