Teeth: No unless the gum nearby was injured during the extraction. Should get better eventually. If not go back to dentist.

Not really: To be honest it is not normal for a 24 year old to need two bottom front teeth pulled in the first place. What ever process caused you to loose the first two teeth could be continuing with the two teeth on either side. You need to have an evaluation by a competent dentist asap.
