How do i know if i have tendonitis in my leg?

Hard to say: There are many potential causes of leg pain, and certainly tendonitis can be a cause. If the pain is along a tendon sheath and it is swollen and tender, then it is probably the cause. An exam can usually detect the cause. Thank you for the question.
