In pt for achilles tendonitis and have been doing a single leg ball toss on a blue foam pad for 3 weeks (6 sessions). it seems that i am not getting any better at it. any ways to improve on balance while not at pt?

Several techniques: Don’t know your age or other conditions, but if balance is the issue: try placing a wide piece of masking tape for 5 yards on the floor and try to walk close to it, working up to only walking on it. Walk stairs with railing both up and down. Try to ‘feel’ the floor with you feet as you walk. With a spotter who can support you , close eyes and try to stand, then Walk slowly. Use nightlights!
