You may have a: Circulatory issue, might be a good idea to check with your doctor. A tendonitis or injury to your tendon is a possibility as well.

Quite possible.: If no history of injury like a sprain, tendonitis, an overuse syndrome could be the cause. Need to try rest, elevation, compression bandage, and icing it. Perhaps an orthopedic specialist or sports medicine specialist can let your know if you need orthotics or procedures such as for tarsal tunnel. Make sure you change sports shoes because they wear down. A change in shoes can make a big difference
