Ask your doc: For a true bell's without any ambiguity i generally don't order mris, but your doc may have had a reason for doing so.

Might not need it: Followup on bell's palsy is usually clinical, unless your first MRI demonstrated some type of abnormal lesion that your doctor wishes to follow up on...
